Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of papertime.eu and any related content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) operated by PaperTime s.r.o. (“PaperTime”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and Accounts
You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts may not be sold, licensed, or transferred.
2. Products and Content
We try to display products and colors accurately, but display settings and screens vary. We do not warrant that any item will match exactly what you see on your device. Product details, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may limit sales of any product to any person or region and may discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and process payment. Please review your order carefully. If we change, decline, or cancel an order we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided. Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. You confirm that purchases are for personal household use and not for resale or export.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time. The price charged is the price at checkout and in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, customs, shipping, and handling. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge all amounts due, including applicable taxes and shipping. Promotions may carry separate terms that prevail in the event of conflict.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. For delivery questions see our Shipping page or contact us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Services, including text, graphics, images, video, audio, logos, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by PaperTime or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms. PaperTime names and logos are trademarks of PaperTime. Shopify names and logos are trademarks of Shopify. Other marks belong to their owners.
7. Optional Tools and Features
We may provide access to third-party tools or features that we do not control. They are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. Future features we release will be part of the Services and subject to these Terms.
8. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or services. Review their policies before engaging in any transaction with them.
9. Relationship with Shopify
PaperTime is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and PaperTime. Shopify is not responsible for our products, services, or transactions. By using the Services you release Shopify from claims arising out of your purchases from PaperTime.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal data to operate the platform, as described in Shopify’s privacy policy. Information you submit may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Feedback and Reviews
If you submit reviews, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Feedback for any purpose. You confirm you have the rights to grant this license and that your Feedback complies with law and these Terms. We may monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful or inappropriate.
12. Errors and Availability
From time to time information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including in pricing, availability, or shipping details. We may correct errors and update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after you submit an order.
13. Prohibited Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Services, violate laws or third-party rights, interfere with security or operation, introduce malware, attempt to scrape or harvest data, impersonate others, or send spam. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time. You remain responsible for all amounts due up to the termination date. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue in force.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as required by law or expressly stated by us, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these disclaimers may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaperTime and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from or related to your use of the Services or any products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue or one hundred euros, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaperTime and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services. We will notify you of any claim and may control its defense and settlement.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
19. Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms and any policies referenced here form the entire agreement between you and PaperTime regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without notice.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts in Prague, Czech Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence within the EU.
22. Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the site. Material changes will be notified as required by law and take effect on the date stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
