What exactly are PaperTime models?
PaperTime models are creative DIY kits that let you build your own 3D paper sculptures — from animals to modern décor. Each kit includes printed sheets and clear instructions to create a beautiful handmade object.
Are the models already cut out?
All models are printed cut-out kits – you cut the parts out yourself with a craft knife or scissors.
What tools and materials do I need?
You’ll need scissors or a craft knife, a metal ruler, paper glue with a brush, and a cutting mat or thick cardboard. Everything can be found in our Accessories section.
How difficult are the models?
Each model has a difficulty level from ★☆☆ (easy) to ★★★ (challenging). Most models take 4–8 hours, depending on size and difficulty — you don’t have to finish in one go, so it’s perfect for slow, mindful crafting over a few evenings.
From what age are PaperTime models suitable?
Our models are recommended from age 9; children aged 7+ can build easier models with an adult. Complex ones are ideal for teenagers and adults who love creative challenges.
What paper do you use?
We use premium Italian graphic paper — durable and beautifully textured. Every kit is designed and produced locally in the Czech Republic.
How should I display the finished model?
You can hang it with a small nail, attach it using nano tape, or place it on a shelf. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight to preserve color and shape.

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times:
• Czech Republic: 2–4 days
• Slovakia & EU: 3–6 days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe. For destinations outside the EU, please contact info@papertime.eu for a custom quote.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please allow up to 6 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived, email info@papertime.eu with your order number — we’ll check it immediately.
What if something is missing or damaged?
We’re very sorry if that happens. Send us your order number and a short description or photo to info@papertime.eu, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Can I send PaperTime as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout and we’ll send the kit straight to them.
🔄 Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@papertime.eu before returning anything so we can assist you.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email info@papertime.eu with your order number and we’ll cancel it for you.
What if my item is faulty?
Send us photos and your order number at info@papertime.eu. We’ll replace the item or refund you immediately.

I made a mistake while folding. What should I do?
No worries! Paper is forgiving — you can re-fold or repair with a little glue. If unsure, email info@papertime.eu and we’ll guide you.
Can I paint or customize my model?
Absolutely! Use water-based paints or markers to decorate. Many of our customers enjoy creating personalized color themes.
