Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and tags included. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@papertime.eu.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Please note: returns sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the situation promptly and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
