Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

Shipping Rates

We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain value or during promotional events — these offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Carriers
We ship primarily with GLS, Packeta (Zásilkovna), and other reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union and selected European countries.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

PaperTime is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@papertime.eu.
We will assist you in locating the shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that once a parcel is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, but we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening it and contact us immediately at info@papertime.eu.
